Advocating for the
Medical Professional
We provide the support you need to get the right job assignment and make all the necessary arrangements for you to start working locum tenens. Instead of facing the hassles and frustrations by yourself, turn to us as your trusted partner. Cardinal Medical Alliance would like to help find your best opportunity.
Competitive Compensation – As the talent in the patient experience, you need to be compensated appropriately. Pay rates/structures can be tailored to your expectations: daily, hourly, call, callback, and telemedicine. Whichever rate/structure you choose, Cardinal Medical Alliance will advocate for you.
No Out-of-Pocket Expenses – Cardinal Medical Alliance provides every locum with a company-issued Visa card. We feel this helps in two ways. First, you don’t have to wait for reimbursement of expenses associated with an assignment using your funds. Second, Cardinal Medical Alliance should be able to capture a number of receipts since the credit card is company issued. There may still be some receipts Cardinal Medical Alliance needs your help with, but we hope this keeps it to a minimum.
Licensing/Credentialing – Every medical professional dreads this! While Cardinal Medical Alliance can’t complete this task entirely for you, we will help you whenever possible. Cardinal Medical Alliance will cover the costs of all licenses and fees in states/facilities where we find the assignment for you. Cardinal Medical Alliance will cover these costs as soon as they are incurred. Cardinal Medical Alliance is asking YOU for the opportunity to work with YOU.
Personalized Service – Advocating for the Medical Professional is more than a tagline – it truly is our number one priority. Whether you have just completed residency/fellowship and are undecided as to where you want to become established; are established and want to supplement your income; or have decided to “retire” while still practicing, Cardinal Medical Alliance would like to help you find your best opportunity. Locum experiences can be personalized as to location, duration, and responsibilities. All 50 states, one week, one month, six months, call, no call, clinical settings, and telemedicine are just some of the options. Cardinal Medical Alliance’s expertise will make your locum experience meaningful and rewarding.
